3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

WISEalign™ offers multiple subscription tiers to meet different organizational needs. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Billing Terms

• Subscription fees are billed according to the terms specified during signup
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension
• Cancellation and refund policies are available on our website

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to hack the system
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users

• All software, content, and materials are protected by copyright and other IP laws

• You grant us license to process your data to provide the Service
• You can export your data at any time

7. Data Privacy and Security

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISEALIGN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WISEalign™ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
• We may terminate immediately for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, you lose access to the Service
• Data export requests must be made before termination

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Larimer County, Colorado.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
